Terms of Sales

1. Object

These General Conditions of Sale (CGV) define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of CBD products and cannabinoids by Kromood (hereinafter "the Seller") to its customers (hereinafter "the Customer" ). The products sold by Kromood are intended for legal use and must not be used in a manner contrary to current legislation.

2. CBD and Cannabinoid Products

2.1. The products sold by Kromood are made from cannabinoids extracted from industrial hemp, in accordance with current legislation. CBD products do not contain THC at levels above those permitted by law. The Customer is responsible for complying with local laws regarding the use and possession of CBD products.

2.2. The product information provided, including dosages, directions for use and potential benefits, is for informational purposes only. The Customer is advised to consult a healthcare professional before using any CBD product, particularly in the case of medical treatment.

2.3. Some products may contain concentrations of synthetic cannabinoids that can cause significant effects. The Customer is invited to respect the instructions for use provided on the products and to be vigilant, in particular avoiding any abusive use or the combination of products with other substances.

3. Orders

3.1. The Customer can place an order on the Kromood website in accordance with the instructions provided.

3.2. The Customer confirms that all information provided when ordering is accurate and complete. The Seller cannot be held responsible for the consequences resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

3.3. Any order modification by the Customer after confirmation of his order is subject to acceptance by the professional Seller.

4. Price and Payment

4.1. Product prices are indicated in Euros (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT).

4.2. Payment can be made by payment methods accepted by Kromood, including but not limited to credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Carte Bleue), Bancontact, Payconiq, Giropay, iDeal and bank transfer. In the case of a bank transfer, additional time may be required for the money to reach the Seller, unless the Customer makes an instant transfer and/or provides proof of payment by email to speed up validation.

4.3. A payment receipt will be issued automatically with each purchase.

4.4. In the event of failure to pay the full price within ten days, the contract will be considered automatically terminated.

5. Delivery

5.1. Kromood offers deliveries from several depots to speed up delivery. In principle, delivery takes place between 24 and 72 hours, but however, the Seller cannot be held responsible in the event of a delay.

5.2. The risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the Customer at the time of delivery.

6. Return and Refund Policy

7. Third Party Links

7.1. The Kromood website may contain links to third party websites. The Seller assumes no responsibility for the content or security of these third party sites.

8. Price Guarantee

Kromood does not necessarily undertake to match competitors' prices.

9. Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information

9.1. Kromood strives to keep the information on its website accurate, complete and up to date. However, the Seller cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information. The Customer is encouraged to verify any important information by other means, if necessary.

10. Shopify Hosting

10.1. The Kromood website is hosted by Shopify Inc, whose head office is located at 126 York St. Ottawa, ON K1N 5T5, Canada. The Shopify Europe General Conditions apply as a supplement to these General Terms and Conditions.

11. Company details and VAT

Kromood is a Dutch company operating in France, Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands. Company contact details and VAT number are available on the “Legal Notices” page of the website.

12. Prohibition of Minors

Access to the Kromood website is strictly prohibited for minors. The products sold by Kromood are intended for adult adults only.

13. Copyright Protection

All content, photos, texts, creations are protected by copyright. Any use of this content requires prior authorization from the Seller.

14. Changes to the Service and Prices

Kromood reserves the right to modify or update its service, including product prices, at any time without notice.

15. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

Customer is responsible for providing accurate billing information. The Seller reserves the right to refuse orders in the event of suspected fraud or incorrect information.

16. Order Modification

Any order modification by the Customer after confirmation of his order is subject to acceptance by the professional Seller.

17. Right of Withdrawal and Return of Ordered Items

18. Complaints

The Customer may make complaints in the event of problems or non-conformity of the products by following the instructions provided on the complaints page of the Kromood website.

20. Applicable Law and Disputes

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by the law in force in the Netherlands. In the event of a dispute, the Dutch courts will have jurisdiction.
