Shipment of Orders

At KroMood, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we understand the critical importance of swift delivery. That's why all orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 will be dispatched on the same day, ensuring maximum responsiveness on our part. If you order on weekdays before noon, we will also strive to process and ship your package on the same day.

Please note that our shipments take place from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 12:00 on Friday and over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. Our collaboration with reliable delivery partners ensures fast and secure delivery, with timelines dependent on your address and the chosen delivery method when placing your order.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, complete with a tracking link for real-time monitoring of your delivery status. Delivery Times:

KroMood collaborates with various delivery services such as PostNL, Bpost, DPD, GLS, UPS for individuals, and DHL for professionals. Deliveries generally occur between 1 and 5 working days after dispatch. We make every effort to ensure a seamless delivery.

 

Delivery Rates

Delivery in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Luxembourg, and Germany:

• Free for orders over 50€.
• Pickup point delivery for orders under 50€: 4€.
• Home delivery for orders under 50€: 6€. 🇧🇪🇳🇱🇫🇷🇱🇺🇩🇪

Delivery in Greece:

• Delivery fee of 20€. 🇬🇷

Delivery in Spain:

• Free for orders over 50€.
• Pickup point delivery for orders under 50€: 6€.
• Home delivery for orders under 50€: 15€. 🇪🇸

Delivery in Poland:

• Delivery fee of 15€. 🇵🇱

Delivery in Switzerland and Italy:

• Orders under 50€: 25€.
• Orders over 50€: 15€. 🇨🇭🇮🇹

Delivery in Austria, Denmark, Hungary, and Monaco:

• Pickup point delivery for orders under 50€: 15€.
• Home delivery for orders under 50€: 7€. 🇦🇹🇩🇰🇭🇺🇲🇨

Delivery to the United Kingdom:

• Delivery fee of 20€. 🇬🇧

 

Delivery via Mondial Relay:

Option available for 4€ at pickup points in Belgium, France, the Netherlands, and 6€ in Spain. Note that this option is not the fastest.

 

Delivery outside Europe and other European countries:

Through PostNL, with a fee of 25€. Important note: We handle customs formalities for deliveries outside Europe, simplifying the process for our customers. You can rely on our team to ensure a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience, even for international orders. 🌍

 

Order Tracking

It's essential to track the journey of your order during shipment. When you purchase products from our online CBD shop, we deliver them to you. For each product, we provide a tracking number, allowing you to know your product's whereabouts and retrieve it at the right time. The tracking number is known only to you, ensuring secure delivery.

 

Refund Possibility
