  2. Make sure the product you wish to return is in its original packaging and has not been opened, used or damaged in any way.

  3. Our customer service team will provide you with a returns number and tell you how to return the product.

  4. Once we have received the returned product and verified its condition, we will issue a refund or exchange, depending on your preference.

Refunds

If you prefer a refund rather than an exchange, we will process your request as soon as possible. The refund will be made to the same payment method you used for your initial order. Please note that return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there is an error on our part in delivery.

Defective Products or Order Errors
